Little did we know we would be walking into a low lying resort with barely any view of the mountains, all views obscured by tightly packed cabins and the resort is under construction (construction noise is present but minimal). It looked like it had beautiful mountain views, quiet, and everything we needed for our family of 5, 2 adults and 3 teens. We booked this property online for the week of 07/03. The 2 bedroom however was nice but our enthusiasm for our vacation was ruined by the panic of the check in process. We thought we would be in a cabin, not a hotel. If she had not still been there we would not have gotten in.

The cleaning lady told me they had given me the wrong code and gave me the correct code. I tried the 4 digit code on my sheet of paper and it did not work. Luckily we found a cleaning lady who showed us the unit we were in.
It looked like a travel lodge 2 story hotel. So we drove around and finally saw a building at the top of the hill. We called the number on our check in sheet and got a recording, and they would get back to us the next day. So we drove over to the White Oak office next to the pool and it was closed. But there was no number on the cabin and no keypad on the door. We drove down the street and saw cabins 164, 166, 168, and finally the last cabin which was supposed to de 170.
